Cleaning machines were originally invented to meet the demand within TANABE, for cleaning chips and grease of compressor parts that have been machined, and for maintenance cleaning. Hence, it is designed from user's standpoint for cleaning effectiveness, durability, easy loading and unloading of workpieces, and maintainability. By having various safety devices and other substantial options equipped on this module, we have been able to successfully deliver solutions to manufacturing sites of cars, construction equipment, industrial equipment and maintenance.
Having the nozzles arranged in U-shape, cleaning solvent has a spray pattern which create a curtain effect, from above, below and sides. No space is missed during the cleaning application, because workpiece rotate with the basket in cleaning solution. The Cleaning solvent is heated to 60 degree to effectively remove contamination.
The loaded workpiece automatically rotate to the next process. Each process (spray cleaning → air blow to dry) is performed simultaneously to reduce cycle time.

The process of washing, rinsing, air blow and drying can be designed to perform in one apparatus, which makes efficient cleaning of workpieces possible in one facility. The washing on conveyor belt is done by spraying, and once the loaded workpiece is on conveyor belt, it automatically moves to the final procedure. Thus this module is fit to use when workpieces are large in quantity. We also design for the particular specifications of clients.

This module oscillates cleaning solvent in the tank, and is most appropriate for removing chips of the manifold parts and components with many tap holes. Cleaning solvent will not be scattered, thus the cleaning effect is extremely thorough. By installing side rollers as an option, it’s easy to move workpieces forward on the line. We have been able to successfully deliver solutions for cleaning components of cars, construction equipment and industrial equipment, and other small parts.

The cleaning solvent is sprayed in all directions through nozzles, and a sequence of work from cleaning to drying is performed automatically. Desorption is done in one-touch, thus it is possible to clean 120 to 240 workpieces per hour. Much space will be saved in the location for installation; for plastic containers can be carried in its upright position. We have been able to successfully deliver solutions to the industries of cars, construction equipment, industrial equipment, and food.
